Backyard BBQ

I hope you all had a safe and lovely Fourth of July!! Even though this year's celebrations were a lot less wild than previous years, I had an absolute blast. We had a low key BBQ at my house, filled with a plethora of delicious allergy-friendly snacks, delicious cocktails and a-mazing gluten free burgers. (And not to mention, an incredible view of the golf course & our own personal fireworks show!)

I have an inherent weakness for all quintessential summer snacks. Burgers, barbecue flavored potato chips, gluten free beer, cherries, strawberries, chips & dip, potato salad, baked beans... you name it. (#paleofail. Sorry I'm not sorry.) Let's just say I had a wild time grocery shopping for our all-American grub! I don't know about you, but I just can't say no to a good organic, grass-fed & local burger.
